Luís Monteiro
Degree in Human Resources Management from ISCTE-IUL, an Executive Master's from the School of Economics and Management at the University of Minho, and an MBA from Porto Business School.
He has over 20 years of professional experience, having held roles in the fields of consulting and management.
Throughout this period, he has worked with dozens of medium and large-sized companies and multinationals, where he led numerous transformation and change projects across Europe, Africa, and South America, in a wide range of sectors, including: Environmental, Banking, Construction and Engineering, Retail, Energy, Industry, Transport and Logistics, Services, ICT, Healthcare, Public Sector, and Non-Profit.
He is currently the Head of Corporate HR at a leading multinational group and regularly participates as a Speaker and Guest Lecturer in various seminars and executive programs in the field of Management, as well as contributing as an author of articles in specialized journals.
Over the course of his career, he has received several recognitions, including:
Best Lecturer of the Year Award by INDEG-IUL Executive Education;
HR Rising Star Award by RH Magazine;
Best University Paper Award by the Portuguese Industrial Association (AIP-CE).
