Nuno Moreira
Beginning his career at one of the “Big Four” (EY), and subsequently working in positions at a corporate level, in finance (CFO), management control and shared services, since the end of 2008 he has been responsible for consultancy and advisory projects, in several domains of business management and governance, as well as “Interim Manager” (CFO/General Management) and corporate restructuring /“Turnaround” assignments. As senior consultant /advisor, he has been dividing his fields of expertise into projects in the areas of Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Auditing (Internal and Forensic), being, in this context, Managing Partner at Agenda4Ethics® and Co-founder at the Observatory of Economics and Fraud Management (OBEGEF), as well as responsible for consultancy assignments in the areas of Finance, Management Control and Organizational Restructuring (“Turnaround”). Guest Professor at FEP and PBS (Univ. Porto). Solid academic background, including the first cycle /coursework of two PhD´s (Management and Corporate Law) and a master's degree (Univ. Minho). Certification in Risk Management Assurance, CRMA (IIA - USA), Certified Fraud Examiner, CFE (ACFE-USA), Forensic Certified Public Accountant, FCPA (Forensic CPA Society - USA) and Certified Accountant, CA (OCC - Portugal).
