Helena Martins
Helena Martins is a professor at the Instituto Politécnico de Setúbal and Nova SBE. She has been working in Higher Education for over 15 years and has previously collaborated with the University and Polytechnic of Porto in the areas of Personal and Social Skills (with a focus on Communication), Organizational Behavior, and Human Resources. She is also a corporate trainer in the field of behavioral skills. Helena Martins is a researcher in the areas of interculturality and soft skills.
