Students who pass all the subjects will be awarded a Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic Talent Management for the Next Era from the Porto Business School, U.Porto.

In accordance with the Regulations of the University of Porto, the Postgraduate program gives those who complete it 30 ECTS* credits in the area of Business Sciences.
